Where our drains replace aggregate
Wherever an aggregate drainage system has been used or will be designed, US Drainage Systems aims to offer a geocomposite drain that outperforms it.

Retaining walls & foundation walls
Engineered retaining walls and foundation walls are designed with a below-grade drainage system to relieve hydrostatic pressure as an added safety. PercoDrain replaces the typical aggregate system with a more efficient hydrostatic pressure relief system and, to the benefit of the architect, provides the protection layer required by waterproofing manufacturers.

Under-slab drainage
PercoDrain provides the necessary drainage below a building slab and virtually eliminates any extra depth of excavation. It is more than efficient enough to also serve as a venting system where methane or radon is present.

Parking decks & split slab construction
PercoDrain provides the drainage layer between the wearing surface and the structural slab. Unlike an aggregate layer, it does not require an increase in structural design strength: it gives more drainage capacity than aggregate with little to no added weight, so the engineer does not have to increase slab or column strength.

Synthetic turf athletic fields
New synthetic turfs let roughly half of the rain water run off the surface while the other half passes through the turf. PercoTurf provides more than enough drainage capacity while minimizing the overall construction cost of the extra grading and excavation an aggregate drain would require.

Green roofs & planters
For both intensive and extensive green roofs, PercoDrain provides the drainage needed to keep vegetation from dying of root rot while minimizing increases in structural weight.
